Thank you once again for your interest in "Gulabi Stories: A South Asian Healing Initiative". We are in the process of creating an online community space for storytellers who were unable to participate in the initiative, or those who are interested in and are ready to share their true personal story about healing but don't have the time or capacity to participate in the workshops and interview.

When this page is launched- we will invite you to submit your story in written or audio format. Although we will never police anyone's stories or change your stories, our team will review and monitor for any oppressive and offensive language that perpetuates racism, sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia, xenophobia, ableism, and other isms. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

The Gulabi Stories: A South Asian Healing Initiative has been funded by the SEEDING CREATIVITY Individual Artist Grant. The Office of Arts & Culture (OAC) in the City of Sacramento received funding from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) as part of its American Rescue Plan (ARP) grant program, to subgrant to communities responding to the negative economic impacts and public health emergencies of the COVID-19 pandemic. This grant program supports 45 artists with grants to create and/or present new work in the county during the grant period.
